Have you ever cancelled your card and noticed that you are still being charged for a subscription? I have. I've also punched a few accounts in the past and they're still being paid every month, even though the card was deactivated long ago. This happens because payment processors and merchants often use tools like card updater services or stored payment tokens that link to a new card issued by your bank.

This method works best for those that have a large base of CCs and an aged payment processor. In my experience, this is the best way to scam payment processors without getting the account banned and funds held. I've only done this with Stripe, but am fairly certain that this works with most payment processors that charge subscriptions. This method is pretty straight forward... you just need a payment processor with a transaction history. Charge them less than $15 each month... the lower you charge the less likely it will be noticed and the longer you can collect the payments without your payment processor getting banned.
